The staff was HELPFUL and the bed was comfortable. Moreover, it had free Wi Fi in the rooms.

Our stay was an enjoyable experience. Rooms are very clean and staff are friendly. Lake view was worthy. The hotel is in a shopping area. Also, we could visit skyline gondola, it was 10 minutes' drive away.

Just walking distance from Queenstown Arts Centre. You should definitely explore Kelvin Heights district, it's worth it.
